South Africa Nylon Outdoor Flag
SOUTH AFRICA - A green middle stripe which is bordered in white and splits into a horizontal Y at the left hoist end, dominates the South African flag. This green stripe separates two other stripes of equal width; a red one at the top, and a blue one at the bottom. On the left side of the flag there is a black isosceles triangle which is outlined in yellow. The Y shape symbolizes South Africas diversity as well as its quest for unity. The many colors represent elements of former flags and the variety of their meanings.
