Laos Nylon Outdoor Flag
The Laos tribar flag consists of two equally sized horizontal red stripes; one at its top and the other at the bottom. These stripes represent the blood shed in the country's fight for independence. A larger blue stripe, symbolizing Laos' wealth and prosperity, comprises the middle, at the center of which is a large white circle, indicative of unity and justice. This flag was adopted in 1975.
