Costa Rica Nylon Outdoor Flag
COSTA RICA - Costa Ricas red, white and blue flag, which was adopted in 1906, consists of five horizontal stripes. The top and bottom stripe are blue and the middle stripe is red two equal size white stripes separate the double sized red stripe from the two equal size blue stripes.
