The Angolan flag, adopted in 1975, is horizontally divided into two equal halves; red at the top, representing the blood shed by Angolans during oppression - and black at the bottom, symbolizing the Continent of Africa. In the middle is a yellow emblem consisting of a partial cog wheel (industry), a machete (agricultural production), and a five point star (solidarity).
All Annin Flagmakers flags are sewn in either South Boston, VA or Coshocton, OH. Annin’s superior quality is time-tested and meets the requirements of the most discerning buyer.
